My controller documentation says I need a “PIM”. What’s that? |

“PIM” stands for Powerline Interface Module, which is another term for our Model UMC-DB9 Computer Interface Module (CIM). This is also the same device required for use with UPStart UPB configuration software. Our model UMC-DB9 incorporates v4.15 firmware, as is required by many controller interfaces.
